Mediterráneo organic dates, dried figs, Spanish almonds, pistachios, pine nuts, hazelnuts & seeds are balanced with fresh lemon zest, raw honey, a touch of sea salt and olive oil, then slowly blended into a fine butter. Perfect for anything from breakfast sourdough toast, dipping with fresh fruit, seasoning a salad or boosting a smoothie.

No, we only offer take away but our location is surrounded but beautiful historical parks and benches, perfect for enjoying your ice cream or smoothie!
Unlike conventional ice cream shops, our ice cream, smoothies, and shakes are made the moment they’re ordered, it’s how we keep them additive-free! Because of this, we cannot give samples, however, we have a total refund policy, so if you don’t like the flavor you’ve chosen, we will happily replace it with another, or give you back your money without question.
No refined sugars or artificial sweeteners are ever added, we only use whole fruit to sweeten our products.
This ancient and simple combination is a perfect marriage of taste and nutrition; the sweetness and vitamins from the fruit match perfectly with the buttery, healthy fats of the nuts.
Soaking nuts helps remove some of their natural compounds, such as phytic acid, which can make digestion difficult for some people.
Everything is based simply on pure fruit and organic nuts, with two indicated flavors containing raw honey and/or cinnamon.
Mostly yes. Only the coffee beans are roasted and the granola is heated to 70ºC.

Not yet. We are looking to launch online sales by 2026, until then the granola and creamed granola are only available from our physical shop.
Except for the coffee beans, raw cacao, cinnamon, and some garnishes, all ingredients are carefully sourced from the Mediterranean region.
Our nuts and seeds are organic, as well as most of the dried fruits but our other ingredients, while sourced from premium Mediterrean growers, are not certified as organic.
Lentulus is the Latin origin of the word ‘lento’ which means ‘slow’ in English.

This was honestly the best ice cream I’ve ever had! 🍨
Everything about the experience was amazing, from the beautiful ambiance, to the owner who took the time to explain all the ingredients and how the ice cream is made, to the taste itself: so unique, fresh, and naturally sweet. You can really tell it’s made from quality, healthy ingredients, it feels like a guilt-free treat!
Absolutely recommend, 10/10! 🙌

Amazing place in Mallorca! 🌱 Everything is raw, sugar-free and lactose-free, freshly made with high quality ingredients. We had the smoothie – super tasty and refreshing. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They also offer bars and healthy snacks to take away – all super good. Definitely recommended!

This is definitely the best smoothie I’ve ever had in my life. We tried the Summer one on the first day and had to come back the next day to try two more (Autumn and Winter). If you’re looking for an amazing, healthy, natural smoothie, this place is a must. The owner is also super nice, and you even get some free granola while you wait. I definitely recommend it!

British tourist. Visited Sept 25. We stumbled across this place looking for gelato. It’s not in the busiest or most touristy location so it’s definitely and “if you know you know” type find. before you ask, no - it’s not a lentil based ice cream shop. Lentulus means slow in Latin apparently. I know this because I spoke to the owner. He was very friendly and engaging, not just with us but other customers too. He was very generous too which I’ll come to. It’s only a small but well designed shop and they specialise in healthy alternative to ice cream, smoothies or shakes. We had Silva which is raw honey and pistachio as well as Mediterranean which is fig, dates and granola. The portion sizes were quite large and probably equivalent to 3-4 scoops per pot. We only spent 13 euros. He also gave us a cocoa / granola crunch to try whilst he made the ice cream fresh. As we say enjoying our ice cream in store / he made a chocolate based smoothie for another customer. There was some left over so he brought us over some remaining to try. All 3 flavours were delicious - our favourite being Silva which is the pistachio one. Best thing is, it didn’t even feel that naughty because it’s relatively clean eating compared to the usual gelato spots. This place should / will eventually go viral when the bloggers find out about it so go now before there are queues out the door - your supporting a genuinely local and small business in doing so

Anyone craving clean ice cream without additives and refined sugar should definitely plan a stop here. There are three options, ranging from a smoothie to a crushed ice-like drink, as well as eight blends. The shop has a very modern and tidy feel, and the service is cool and open. This makes the location a truly contemporary option if you value healthy eating and are looking for a fresh, energy-boosting drink.

Excellent little shop. My family loved this place, after walking by 6 other ice cream stores I was starting to wonder why my husband was so adamit we come here. So WORTH It! We all enjoyed the simplicity, and the customer service was top notch. Add this to your treat list must haves for sure.

Great ice cream cafe! They offer a cold granola treat while the shop owner prepares your ice cream, which is a nice and clever touch. The ice cream itself is delicious and very filling—actually, half the portion would have been enough for me.

What a treat! I’m so happy to have found a shake that’s 100% natural, with no added sugar — and still so tasty! The fresh fruit gives it such a rich, authentic flavour. We bought two ice cream yesterday. Staff are very friendly. However, it is more like sorbet rather than gelato and the flavour is not as good as expected. It is quite pricy. More importantly, we found a piece of plastics in the ice cream. Overall speaking, It is a quite disappointed experience.

I’ve been twice in two days👀!! This is your sign to do the same !! Such an incredible concept. When I have a sweet craving, I know where I’ll be going from now on. No added sugar, pure raw fruit & organic nuts. The owner is so lovely and you can tell how passionate he is about his business. I recommend the Summer & Silva in smoothie form!! The cacao energy bar is also insane!! & the granola of course🥜

The most delicious, creamy smoothie I have ever had! Focuses on clean, whole ingredients so doesn’t leave you feeling sluggish after but still hits that sweet treat spot! The cacao is my favourite. The man who works there is so helpful and friendly and really puts care and time into his customers. 10/10 all around!

Delicious smoothie perfect for this heat . And the no added sugar feels sinfully good . Great flavour combos and wish I had time to try more of them. Discovered through Google maps and diverted my route home to try it out. It's located just off Pg. del Born so no trouble at all. So glad I went: delicious, nutritious, filling and refreshing. Really cool concept and thoughtful design, the shop looked as beautiful as the shake tasted. Not seen anything else like this around Palma!

The yummiest smoothies ever! The guy who served us was so sweet and gave us granola to try while we waited. He explained our drinks in detail and the concept was really interesting of it being preferred each season due to the ingredients.

Would definitely go back! Natural healthy smoothies made with fruit and nuts!

My wife and I were craving gelato or ice cream whilst exploring Palma, saw the amazing reviews on Google for Lentulus and they were incredibly accurate.

Brad served us, was incredibly polite, was happy to provide suggestions and also gave both of us a sample of the granola snack whilst we waited for our order which was delicious.

We chose an ice cream each (can choose from three options, icecream, smoothie or shake), myself a Cacao (chocolate with cacao nibs) with granola sprinkled on top, my wife a Summer (apricot, peach and watermelon) with fresh fruit on top.

Obviously there is already a 4.9 rating against Lentulus, but we both think it should be a 5 star rating. Unfortunately there are some people reviewing that can't be satisfied, so disregard their reviews.

Both were absolutely phenomenal, best ice cream we've had. Hands down.

Try Lentulus, say hi to Brad and ask for his recommendation if you can't pick!

The ice cream and fresh smoothies were excellent. The owner was awesome to talk to and meet. I highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed. My family and I wanted something light for lunch. We found this amazing ice cream/smoothie/shake bar called Lentulus. It is a Mediterranean nutmilk bar: only fruit and nuts make up the wonderful, tasty creations. There is also granola and energy bars. You will love these healthy, refreshing drinks and snacks!! Delightful owner and amazing service!

I can honestly say this is the best ice cream in Palma. 100% natural, 100% delicious. No added sugar—just the true taste of fruit in really well-thought-out combinations. We tried the “Winter” (mandarin, lemon, and pomegranate) and it was a refreshing explosion of flavor. On top of that, the service is super friendly and welcoming. This is definitely our new favorite spot. Pure fruit, pure joy!

We were looking for a frozen yoghurt place in Palma, but Google suggested Lentulus. So pleased we ended up at this place as not only it is a new, healthy concept but their smoothie and ice cream was sumptuous.They don't do frozen yoghurts but are even better, as they serve the most nutritious , freshly made - in front of you- ice cream, smoothie or shake. These items are made with fruits and nuts and must say not only are they nutritious , but also very delicious. Now you don't need to pump yourself with sugary ice creams/ smoothies and shakes as these are made with natural products. Moreover, the owner is a friendly chap who explained all the choices very well. Thoroughly recommend it.

This is one of the best places in Palma to get a healthy treat away from the crowds! The service was amazing, quick, friendly, and English speaking, and they even give you a sample of their homemade granola while your food is being prepared! I tried two different flavors, the Cocoa and Summer smoothies, and I was blown away by both. I would definitely recommend giving this store a try!

Great shop with nice owner!

Unfortunately there are no seating options available.

However, all offers are without lactose and classic sugar. Instead, the shop relies on nuts and honey.

All things are prepared live.

They are not traditionally super sweet and still delicious!

Just delicious!

Service toooooop ! He takes the time to explain the concept, where the idea comes from, why these flavors while preparing these delicious drinks (or ice cream, depending on what you choose). I took a medium-sized Smoothie Summer, and I really regretted not having taken the large one (I loved it).

I highly recommend it!

WOW- finally we found healthy, sugar-free ice cream (and smoothie) in Palma. The owner is so friendly and passionate, we will definitely be back and can recommend everyone to go there! They have tasty granola too and even create the nutmilk themselves using Mediterranean nuts. My healthy heart and belly are happy! :-)
